Bands that are on the radio 24/7 usually aren't referred to as "indie." However, bands that are on the radio 24/7 tend to sell lots of tickets, so I think that's what MM was going for.
i should've put quotes around indie. But I meant their definition of indie, like Fitz and Bastille.

Boo. I would rather have just about anyone instead of Eminem, but I want to see Jack White, John Mayer, Lorde, Lana Del Ray, Gregg Allman, Bastille, and Run DMC, and it's close, so I'll probably go. Getting to see some of you lovely people ain't half bad either.
Looks like they blew their load on the top of the lineup. That's way less bands than last year. I'm sure they're not done. I want to see Jack, John Mayer, Lorde, Lana Del Ray, Banks, Run DMC, Gregg Allman and Fitz. So we'll probably go.
I love the line-up! Yes, I saw Eminem at 'Roo; not my kind of show, but interesting. John Mayer's hot. Gregg Allman's voice is incredible. I've never seen the Zac Brown Band and am happy. Lorde is incredible. Run DMC will take me back to high school (yes, I'm THAT old!). I don't get Jack White. I really want to see him and try to see what people see in him. Fitz and the Tantrums I love! There are others that I haven't heard of that I'll be learning about over the summer.

I'm genuinely pissed from this lineup. It's Mainstream Midtown now. Been three years in a row and I would've bought a ticket if it was semi-decent, but this isn't worth a velvet painting of a dolphin and a whale getting it on. Back to bed
