Hey guys, first time Roo'er here.
Purchased official hotel and shuttle package at the Embassy in Murfreesboro and got a UPS package today that I thought was going to have hotel vouchers or confirmations or something.
However, it had roundtrip airport shuttle tickets and a packing slip saying that, yes, I did purchase the hotel package. That's all.
So, for those with experience, am I supposed to have official hotel documents or something? Or is my name the only thing I need when I show up?
I only ask because it's a travel package or whatever, like I said, first time.
Call the hotel - they will confirm your reservation and tell you what you need to do in a matter of seconds, most likely. And as suggested, you probably just need to check in there like you would any other time. I don't see why you would need a voucher for the hotel, as you need to be in their computer system anyway.
You will just need to check in. The Bonnaroo travel agency crew will be set up at the front of the hotel and will help if you have any issues. I don't remember any hotels vouchers from last year, unless I'm mistaken. You should be good!

Are you looking for a roommate by any chance? I'm hoping to howl if at all possible. There's only triple and quad hotel packages left.
