I have to admit this is the band I am most excited to see!!! It's my EIGHTH ROO and was so happy to see them on the line-up!! I was first introduced to them at Bonnaroo 2012, and didn't really pay attention and wandered off to go catch another show. Then I picked up "Little Hell" and was BLOWN AWAY!! I've since purchased all of their albums and fell in love. Took a bus to Boston to see their concert last year. I've seen close to a thousand concerts in my life and Dallas Green WINS for best voice in the biz!! No joke!
His lyrics, guitar, his backing band are just brilliant. So stoked!!!

It's time to get my teen angst on! On a serious note, I'm a fan, I just don't think I could miss out on Washed Out or Broken Bells. So many conflicts, I love it.

I owe it to him to see him. His voice, and oftentimes cheesy lyrics and songwriting on "Bring Me Your Love" helped my heavy little high-school heart through a few rough stretches.
EDIT: When I say cheesy I don't mean elementary, just a little too much for me when I'm not in a certain mood

This was one of the announcements on the lineup that I was most excited for when the lineup came out and not a thing has changed! I'm so ready for this set!
One of my favorite songs from City and Colour. I'm pretty sure he'll play this at the very end of his set.
This is so many young couple's "song". When I was at his show I was told that by quite a few and saw their faces light up and look at eachother when it started.
I don't know if I'll make it to this set, but I will definitely catch them at Riot Fest in Chicago. I agree this band in general is a "couples" band. There's nothing wrong with that...just I remember the last time I saw them live was when I was dating and the entire crowd was all couples on dates and stuff.
hahah, funny. i find his music so fucking emo, it helps me when i'm alone. it can be good for couples, and tragic for the singles. in a good way. haha. so happy to see others are with me on this. and looks like i need to check out broken bells. thanks for the tips.

Dammit I didn't even realize that I had that I was listening to it before it was cool" vibe going on! Alexisonfire I was a casual fan of and City and Colour I didn't even discover til Bring Me Your Love, I didn't even know that it was Dallas Green at first...hopefully that knocks me down a few hipster notches.

Well there were two singers. Dallas Green was the more melodic singer when applicable and upon looking up the other guys name, George Pettit(I didn't know it), he was the screamer

Beach House that's a whole other subject, somehow I missed them last year and don't know why...I really wanted to see them, I'll have to look at the schedule from last year cause I don't remember.
