Nice I hadn't heard about this one looks like I have some work to do.
I'm fucked. I seriously wanna see every name on that bill.
I noticed this tidbit in MountainXpress, too:
"Shows will take place at The Grey Eagle and The Mothlight on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, the festival moves to Marshall High Studios on Blannahassett Island in Marshall with both an indoor and outdoor stage."
A F*CKING ISLAND!?! Go on and pinch me. I must be dreaming.

No way I am sitting like ten feet from that place right now. I used to go to elementary school there. They converted it to studios a while ago. And by Island they mean a piece of land in the middle of the river. Last year Del McCoury came and did a show for Bobby Hicks B-Day over there. Not missing this one.

Okay, I'm in for this. I mean, I basically live there! Might do Friday (leaning toward grey eagle shows), BUT- definitely doing Saturday at the island (just got that ticket). Anyone down for a meet up?

well, it seems we all plan on being on the island, and Friday/Saturday nights are split between venues. Anyone down for brunch before (with drinks of course), or a liquid lunch on the island?
Probably can't make dinner on Friday... I'll be driving straight from work (yeah, i'll be that guy in a suit and tie). If nothing else, I'll see you on the island, flask in hand! Also, yeah, should be about a 30 minute drive from Tunnel Rd to Marshall, in traffic.
I still have no idea what my work situation is going to be like come August, but I'm at least gunning for Saturday. Would love to meet up, as I'll probably be going solo.

Hey guys, for those planning on going, I have some updates. I was wondering when tickets would be going out, seeing as this is happening in 2 weeks... so I sent an email to Harvest Records. Got this response:
"we are going to be shooting an email out real soon with all your saturday pass details. you won't be getting a physical ticket until the weekend of the show. the easiest way will be to just pick your ticket up at the gate on saturday. details coming soon and thanks for your patience. getting excited!
