With all respect, as a mom, a healthcare provider and an avid music buff, I can give you multiple reasons why this is not a good idea. I know that being a parent of a young child has lots of challenges, and there are plenty of sacrifices along the way. Feel free to pm me if you want and I will explain in more depth why this is not a good idea. But in the meantime, here's a question: notwithstanding all the other issues, what do you do with the baby when you have to go in the porta potty - especially if the other parent is not there?
I have a three year old and I would not bring her for years, let alone any younger. Of course you could do what I saw two years ago. Bring your maid with you to watch your kids at Bonnaroo. (Seriously I was disgusted by how much that must have cost.)
Not everyone is as used to your biting wit as we are fox.
Wit is good. And I do have "all' the numbers on speed dial. I will call them, too. Suffice to say, at the moment, a person is behaving and seeking the help so needed.
I know everyone here will give tons of shit for me saying this, but I brought my 6 month old and my 8 year old step daughter. Dad and grandpa both came as well. The kids were never out later than like 930. Dad and I weren't under the influence of any drugs. Both of the kids had noise reducing ear muffs. I think this year was a good one because of the nice weather most of the days. But, I had seen plenty of other babies. We did miss a decent amount of shows that we wanted to see. My step daughter had an amazing time and on Monday she was begging not to leave. Baby did very well, but he's a laid back baby and happy anyway. I wouldn't have done our first Roo any different.
