Doesn't seem to me like they're getting rid of wristbands. Before you had to print a physical ticket and exchange it for a wristband on the first day. I'm assuming now you'll just bring your mobile ticket the first day instead.

They probably just included the 'preparty' within the regular festivaldays now, though the preparty got expanded a lot this year with opening a lot of stages on the field a day beforehand.
Those are huge pop names though. Maybe they decided they didn’t want to compete with a primavera style lineup. That sucks though.
its also the same weekend as nos alive and bilbao bbk. will be interesting to see if those fests will go more pop as well, if not this could be a win for all three.

NOS Alive is already heading in that direction with Taylor booking.
I think Bilbao BBK will stay similar.
I’m just curious to see what Primavera look like this year.
There are people hinting at a possible other name later tonight which might be Coldplay announcing several concerts (not a whole tour) througout Europe.
Got some inside info about BBK and they're defs keeping it alternative. PS is a big question mark aswell especially since they announced the NN last year and basically booking every female artist that had an album coming out this year (but post the festival) like Twigs or Charli XCX. It'll be interesting what they have in store as headliners, especially female ones. Lana Del Rey is probably the easiest guess here.
