aaaw poor guy... at least he got the rest of his flight for free and was treated like a VIP by the airline... probably got 1st class ticket back to England.. flying in style...

When I was in the Marine Corps in Jacksonville, North Carolina I worked at the next stop for new Marines after boot camp (Marine Combat Training)... every month we would end up with people who inadvertantly booked a Greyhound ride or a flight to Jacksonville, Florida instead. ???
