As multiple people have pointed out, there is a ton of meet-ups going on for Bonnaroo. It's hard to keep them all straight. In an effort to help, I am listing all the events below along with dates, times, locations, the thread it's in and the person who appears to be in charge. I have undoubtedly forgotten some or gotten something wrong. Just post it here and I will add it to the OP.
P.S. I would highly suggest contacting the person in charge or posting in the thread if you are interested to help work out logistics.
