It's a round-trip purchase only. You pay in advance for both the shuttle to and from Bonnaroo. It looks like you can purchase a shuttle ticket, assuming they have space, at the airport. You'll pay $60 (plus fees?) on Thursday. Look for the greeters at the lower level near baggage claim. They can answer your questions and get you on the next shuttle.
You could buy on the spot last year both at the airport and on the farm. The round trip sold at the airport was around $70-$75. The staff on shuttle duty have always been really nice.

Expect a one way ticket to cost slightly more than half of a round trip ticket.
