From what I've seen from his ongoing tour, Skrillex seems to have a few flashlights going. Check out YouTube vids of his mothership tour. Under the right circumstances the Ferris Wheel gives a impressive light show as we'll.
Definitely the big electronic names - Skrillex, Disclosure, Kaskade, Zedd, Glitch Mob. Hoping that Darkside brings their giant mirror Saturday night. Expecting that Kanye will have something going on. Maybe Chvrches? On some of their tours they've had great lighting rigs, but it seems like for festivals they don't have anything going on.
Of the productions I've seen live so far Skrillex has the most intense set-up, by far. Other shows I'd check out if you're looking for a cool production would be Cut/Copy, Kaskade, Disclosure, CHVRCHES, Kanye West, Flaming Lips, Glitch Mob, and Zedd.
