So I had a bit of bad family news, my great grandmother passed Monday morning.
The visitation and funeral isn't until Thursday afternoon. So I'm out of one day of bonnaroo, but thats life.
At any rate, i did not want Mrs. Memphis to suffer my fate, so she is driving down Wednesday night as planned.
I will not arrive until late Thursday night, or early Friday morning.
Question 1. I have always entered along the interstate, I believe this closes at some time. If so, whats camp parking like after this?
Question 2. Impossible to park together, I understand that, but could I just leave the car in the day lot, and just go back on Monday am?
One kink we have discussed is the alcohol situation, as one person is limited in quantity. Do you think the gate guards will give her a hard time is she brings mine in with her?
And great grandma lived a good, long 93 years, so no sadness, just have to see the old girl home.

First of all, sorry for your loss. Camp parking isn't bad if you come in later. It is hit or miss where they will put you, but there are still people arriving Thursday night and Friday morning. They will just squeeze you into whatever spots are not filled up yet. If you go for the day parking route, that shouldn't be a problem. There are plenty of cars in day parking that never seem to move, so I would guess others are doing the same thing. If nothing else, tell the people at the tollbooth what your situation is and they should be able to advise you accordingly. I can't really answer the alcohol question, but I have heard mixed information about how strict they are on the limits. Have fun on the farm!

Never heard of a limit on alcohal.....just as long as it doesn't look like you are trying to be a vendor. Concerning parking....I've come in on a Friday morning a couple of times and my brother was already there (thrus. night).
I simply find out where he is drive to his site. Never had a problem with parking lot guys for the most part I just tell them I know where I'm going and don't give them much of a chance to respond. Worse case they chase you down and then you explain the situation but mostly they really don't care come Friday.

You'll be coming in on Bushy Branch Road, so you'll get spit out in the Camp Zoolander or Roger Murdoch area. If you know where your wife is camped you'll be able to drive over to her campsite without anyone hassling you, but I doubt you'll be able to find a place to park. It would at least give you a chance to drop off your stuff before going back and parking somewhere. You can also leave your car in day parking all weekend, no one will care. Also, I doubt anyone will give her trouble about having too much booze, as long as it's reasonably close.
My group always comes from different places at different times, so we deal with this every year.
