Got a long drive home followed by lots of sleep but i'll get my second post updated later on tonight with Saturday and Sunday's sets. I got 17 sets myself this year.
Just curious (anyone can answer) but when a band says "Yes you can tape but no, you can't share it" why do you guys still tape it? Is it purely just to have in your own collection or is there some other use to get out of it?

I'm heavily indebted to you guys. I've lost track of the number of times I've listened to last years audio, particularly Paul McCartney and the Rock N Soul Superjam.

Like will said, to have in the collection to listen to again. I always try and share everything I record so it sucks that some can't be shared but that's how it goes I guess. All of their crew lives closeby so I usually send them a copy when i've taped them.

That's cool....no problem with that. Just wasn't sure and figured I'd ask. I wish the bands that request no taping/sharing would at least create their own "Live show" distribution like Phish and now My Morning Jacket does.
