Anybody catch them? They played in the cafe Friday before Umphrey's. Three part girl harmonies backed up by delicious rock guitar. And if that's not enough, they dropped a cover of NiN's Closer on us. They did a three part harmony for the final keyboard part that closes out the song. My jaw was on the ground.

Caught them at the Solar Stage and was excited when they announced they're coming to my town soon. Their interview was interesting - the lead has done lots of work with Planned Parenthood in the past and the whole band has done a variety of cancer benefits. They seem like cool people, in addition to putting on a great, upbeat day show.

I was on the rail for the Cafe Where set. Dead center. Loved their set. Talked with them in length afterwards and got a bunch of free stuff! Loved their sound and the Closer/Warpigs/I Can't Stand The Rain mashup last song sealed the deal for sure!

I just walked up on the Closer cover they finished out with and it sounded great. Wish I'd caught more. Singer gave me a branded lighter and a branded condom after the show. Definitely the first time I've ever seen a band hand out branded condoms. I found it quite amusing.

When the main riff started I thought it sounded like War Pigs. I didn't even realize there was another song mashed into it. Just thought it was a dramatic rearrangement or something they wrote themselves.
Also, I met you at Goat. I was the one with Cory's Beard and the two others. You gave me your Pondo Army card. Wanted to say it was nice meeting you!
