for my two cents i'd say i'd expect bassnectar this year almost. similar to pretty lights and skrillex lately, every other year almost. think nectars last time was 11' so probably due for him to be around again.
i'm torn on pretty lights, while i loved his 13' set i'd be more inclined to see somebody else there, although maybe you could get some sort of super jam together with his band, if he's not faded out of his mind. doubt they'd trust him to do that.
i don't expect the mau5 as i've mentioned before it's supposed to be a 360 tour next year, but maybe has a reg stage adaptation.
would rather see someone like prydz or above and beyond, but think they'd both be tent acts.
in conclusion, i'd be totally fine with bassnectar

Hey I'd take Bassnectar over Calvin Harris, thats for sure. I would much rather they throw a curveball and get someone like Chemical Brothers or Moby. Personally, I think they should just bring Disclosure back and put them on the Which stage. Their new Wild Life stage set up would differentiate it from last year too.

curveballs are always much more fun. skrillex main stage set, the "edm" king of bonnaroo

I'm hoping the top electronics acts are Massive Attack and Bassnectar. I'd be hoping for Chemical Brothers but I believe they are playing a European fest the weekend of roo. Would Moby play the which stage? Another act I'm hoping for is Fatboy Slim, but he wouldn't be our headliner. But, I think it's possible he could get a LN Tent if he had big enough conflicts.

Oh god haha.. That'll be upon us soon enough. I will say that last Skrillex album was surprisingly good. But his live show is still all womps for the most part. Had alot of fun at his superjam last year. Dipped out of Die Antwoord a little early to catch some of his Which stage set too, and wound up feeling like that was a mistake.

Massive Attack would be pretty cool. Didn't know about Checmical Brothers, thats a bummer. At this point Moby is probably teetering between Which and a tent. Last summer I saw Moby at Hudson Project and he played in a tent till sunrise. But Roo is obviously a very different animal. Hard to believe there was a time when Moby headlined Glastonbury.

he does so many collaborations he could do a superjam every year probably and i wouldn't complain.
i was basically drunkingly wandering by that point lol. saw him in 12' and was front rail, outside the vip. i was just happy i got to walk right up to the spaceship on thurs night and get a good picture while they had the lights on and everything

Because it WAS a mistake
Yeah figured that was the third time I had seen Die Antwoord, and like I said I really do like that last Skrillex album.. I wound up hearing a dubstep remix of Latch, First of the Year, Recess, and some other junk... It was bad. Should have stayed put.

so basically only a dubstep remix of latch...... if you don't consider the other two dubstep then you crazy man

Not a wishlist, I just figure:
Bassnectar - Played half the fest last year, so most likely playing other half this year. Calvin or A&B - Cheesey popular, smoke cannons broseph. STS9, Girltalk, Flylo, Pretty Lights, Beats Antique, Shpongle, Paul Oakenfold, Diplo, and I guess cant count out Skrillz - Possible returns Gramatik, Porter, ODESZA, Flume - First timers

No Deadmau5 (360 or stripped down) or Daft Punk.
Other than the fact that Porter Robinson was there in 2013, I think it's safe to assume skrilly won't be there this year (thank god)

i would also consider calvin and a/b quite diff animals. calvin the highest grossing dj, above and beyond, i'd guess half of roo goers don't know much about them. and they're not really broseph at all, not sure where you get that from.

True. Forgot I skipped Porter on the farm because I was seeing him at Made in America.

I know at least two of the ones you have listed will actually be on the farm, so good figuring!
Yeah, I know how Basslights works and I was operating under the assumption that he knew what it meant as well. As I said in my previous post, I think it would be awesome (but unlikely) if they'd book Pretty Lights and Bassnectar separately and schedule them back to back on LN Which one night. For one, it would be awesome to attend. But, it would also allow for them to book some more unexpected latenight shows (caribou, slayer, etc.)
im just trying to get my hopes up as high as possible for this year
Yeah it would definitely be cool. Back in 2011 they had Bassnectar play in one tent and then about 30 min later Pretty Lights played in another tent. It was actually the first time I had ever seen Nectar. Good times. If they booked them back to back on Which it would def be awesome. Kind of doubt it would happen since Pretty Lights was just there in a prominent billing in 2013.. Then again, who really expected Skrillex to come back so soon?
sorry. I was under the impression they did some aspects of it together. That's my bad. Although having them play back to back on a stage or tent would suffice. Out of the two if I had to pick one I'd rather get the Pretty Lights Band.

https%3A//soundcloud.com/jacku/take-u-there-feat-kiesza-zeds-dead-remixi'm sure it's not the popular opinion, but i don't care. this is awesome and i wouldn't mind them at the farm one bit.
What if Skrillex came back under Jack U? Or would that not be likely either?
thought about this as a possibility, as i wouldn't be surprised to see major lazer or diplo there. but don't think it's any more likely than skrillex coming back, so there's always a chance
pretty shitty, sounds similar to that coachella story. what was it slayer---->outkast?
Slayer into Outkast happened at Voodoo, I'm pretty sure.
But I agree, it is pretty shitty of Swire to get his panties in a bunch just because not everyone at the festival is there to see his crappy pop D&B outfit.

You are correct, that was Jazzfest and some of the pics I've seen of the crowd at Slayer are hilarious because the outkast campers look more miserable than I have ever been in my life
