yes to Kastle. I love that video. SO MUCH underpants.
And I'm going to go ahead and veto Diplo for a good reason. Because where's there's a Diplo….there's a good chance that a Dillon Francis is creeping around. Music aside…..this kid is self centered and borderline dangerous. The shit that he peddles isn't for me…..but that's not the point. The way he exploits his fans goes against everything electronic music has taught me.

Huh? Are you sure you aren't thinking of Borgore?
Dillon Francis is actually a hilarious down to earth dude. Would be pretty hard to find a reason to hate that guy?
If you like it…..anything by Force and Styles is the top of the game.
Hixxy Trix Scott Brown Brisk
Those were some of the higher ups from that genre. Enjoy.
I don't much care for it as my tastes have changed over the years. But this genre and the Hullabaloo parties were very important to me in my formative years.

Dada Life is touring in the spring through the United States with their DadaCompound theme. I wouldn't be too shocked if they were to end up on the card for an afternoon set in one of the tents
“Music has always been a matter of Energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it Inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel. I have always needed Fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio.” - Hunter Thompson

I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier but it would be pretty cool if they decided to go with BassLights at Roo this year for a late night set

Yeah I hope Mad Decent Block Party or Lollapalooza plays too

Oh come on, we all know what he means. And, while it won't happen, it would be amazing if Lorin and Derek did a marathon set together at Roo or if they just booked/billed them separately and scheduled them back to back for the LN Which slots one night

Alot of people are confused on what Basslights is... Pretty Lights and Bassnectar do not play together. The first night Pretty Lights opens and Bassnectar closes. The second night Bassnectar opens and Pretty Lights closes. They never share the stage.
If you mean Bonnaroo should book Pretty Lights and Bassnectar in the same year doing separate sets, that already happened both in 2010 and 2011; and then Pretty Lights played again in 2013. It would be cool if they booked either/both again though. But saying they should book "Basslights" does not really make sense.

Yeah, I know how Basslights works and I was operating under the assumption that he knew what it meant as well. As I said in my previous post, I think it would be awesome (but unlikely) if they'd book Pretty Lights and Bassnectar separately and schedule them back to back on LN Which one night. For one, it would be awesome to attend. But, it would also allow for them to book some more unexpected latenight shows (caribou, slayer, etc.)
im just trying to get my hopes up as high as possible for this year

Yeah it would definitely be cool. Back in 2011 they had Bassnectar play in one tent and then about 30 min later Pretty Lights played in another tent. It was actually the first time I had ever seen Nectar. Good times. If they booked them back to back on Which it would def be awesome. Kind of doubt it would happen since Pretty Lights was just there in a prominent billing in 2013.. Then again, who really expected Skrillex to come back so soon?

Yeah, the fact that they are both capable of being the EDM headliner makes it quite unlikely. I'm hoping we get Bassmectar this year because he is one of very few major electronic acts that I want to see that haven't gotten to yet.

Ah, then you should check it out. I've seen Bassnectar alot, so his show is kind of boring to me now... Plus I'm actually going to Basslights next week and will be seeing him two more times haha. I think after that I'll have my fill of him.
Love Pretty Lights though. I like that he always changes up his show. It'd be awesome if Roo brought him back but with the live band this time.

I've seen Pretty Lights 3 times. Most recently with the live band and it was by far my favorite time seeing him. It was actually the first time I've seen and really loved it. I had seen him once in arena and I hated it, saw him for the second time in 2013 at Roo and had a good time but that was largely due to being with all my friends and dancing 'til the sun came up, and then I saw him over the summer at Hangout with the live band and it was amazing (for many reasons.) The only "bad" part about the last time I saw him was that like three songs in a girl dropped her pants and pissed right where she stood, it was shocking. Other than that, I definitely support PL coming to the a farm with his live band!! I would probably skip it though because I've already seen it and the LN's are always stacked
