I was going more along the lines of that he's banned but continues to make new accounts and post until someone makes a problem out of it. He's been posting for seven months without being banned again even though people like Horn and Juggs have pointed out that he's Iamrob
Problem is there is no proof it's him. Other than a hunch, and I won't ban based on that. I have checked the IPs. No match. And posting from Florida yes, but a different city. And Rob was incapable of posting more than 2 weeks before he revealed his stupidity.
Now it may be him, and if so, and we have proof, like he starts another fight with Horn, then I will be happy to ban him.

That's fair enough. Now we just have to wait for him to bump the DMB thread again
FYI I'm not actually suggesting that, just wondering. What I am suggesting is that the results of the poll be taken seriously and the will of the people be enacted.
I complained about Phy Segall on multiple occasions. Do my complaints not matter or do I have to be secretive about it and send it through PMs and never mention it on the boards in order to make things happen?

I am more in favor of removing the duplicate accounts rule than allowing the Capp Dogg account (and to clarify - I'm not in favor of removing the dupe accounts rule, I just find that more agreeable than making an exception for Juggs).
What were the complaints that people made about the Capp Dogg account before that caused it to be pulled? If the original agreement was that it would be allowed unless there were enough complaints, and then enough people complained...well that seems pretty clear to me. Why is it back up for discussion now, other than because Juggs came back and wants to do it?

Of the 22 post, 8 of them are just pictures of AC. Its not like its a saturated thing, and in the context of how The Headliner thread goes it does have its comedic relief value.
Basically, one person, EAP, threw a fit about it and ruined it. Now EAP "says" he can have it. So let's unlock the madness.
I honestly doubt the mods banned it because of one person complaining about it regardless of how many complaints that person made or how well reasoned they were. I disagree with EAP about Juggs on basically every level, but I think she gets more hate about it than is warranted because she isn't the only person who has a problem with him. She just seems to be one of the very few who will voice their complaints in a public manner.

What were the complaints that people made about the Capp Dogg account before that caused it to be pulled?
I'm just genuinely curious about what the actual complaints were. Was is about the content of the posts? Was it out of worry that AC himself might see it and take offense?
This Capp Dogg thing reminds me of U2. At first, it was new, original, and entertaining, but then it became played out and annoying and I felt like it was being shoved down everyone's throats.
I voted yes because it makes people happy, and happiness should never be denied.
Let Juggs be Juggs (or Capp Dogg or anybody or all of them at once). I can't wait to see him start slapping himself for posting something he disagrees with.
