Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
You're free to check last year's confirmation thread, where Disclosure and Nick Cave were both under quasi confirmed by tour dates. I also flat out said it wasn't a confirmation, but that it was worth a note.
Sweet try though, guys. Try again.
Those dates were different, they made it blatantly obvious that they'd be there. Lana Del Rey's dates are in no way a confirmation, therefore they do not belong in the confirmation thread. Nice try though
Grime has come here (Columbus) as Clockwork or RL Grime so much in the past few years I could really care less if he was on the farm. To be fair though, Columbus is ridiculously trap/dubstep/DnB heavy that anyone that rolls to the farm isn't going to be impressive unless we are talking Sub Focus or something like that
Columbus, Ohio? How are we trap/dubstep/drum and bass heavy? You must know about shows I don't or something, because there are few good shows that come through here that would deem me "unimpressed." Fucking Rusko & Roevoy. Ugh.
Though this is not the place for this discussion, just confused I suppose.
Music Midtown: 2011 Bonnaroo: 2012 - 2016 Forecastle: 2013 Rock al Parque: 2014 420 Fest: 2014-2018 Shaky Knees: 2015 - 2019, 2021 Seen tons of local shows since 2004.
This forum would be super boring if it wasn't 99% speculation
This thread is for confirmations. This forum (inforoo, but more specifically the Which Stage) is for speculation. The point is that this thread should be strictly about positive/negative confirmations and not guesses based on tour date gaps or things like that.
Ah, I thought it was only for bands that ARE going to play. In that case, Chemical Brother's dates all but confirm that they won't be at Roo (bummer) link to tour dates

I can also confirm that Strand of Oaks will be there this year. Saw them tonight in Toronto and asked Tim (the frontman) after the show. I know I don't bring too much evidence, but would I lie to you guys?
This thread was a lot better when we had people emailing booking agents and getting information. Maybe going over the line, yes...but at least we was actually finding out bands that were playing.

Guess what? We'll find out what bands are playing soon!

You call two months soon?
I skipped out last year after going two years in a row...my excuse for being an eager beaver.

Sometimes it's fun to know one or two of the things you're getting on Christmas morning but if you sneak a peek at all of your gifts weeks before the holiday then you're left with disappointment even though you got a bunch of stuff you really wanted/enjoy.

I email web links to my mother for xmas gifts and told her as soon as I found about my 16th surprise party. Give me my darn lineup already.

Nick Cave's North American Tour was announced, with the first date being June 14th in Louisville; Disclosure was proceeded by St. Louis on the 12th and followed by Glastonbury the 25th. Those were hardly confirmations. And at no point did I say Lana's dates were confirmation. I really just wanted other's opinion if it was or not. Because it was worth at least some deliberation. You're really just being a dick. We get it, RJ, you were bullied.

I'm just trying to keep the thread on track. Post it in the correct thtead if you want some deliberation. But if we are being honest, I'm sure I'm not the only one that's tired of you posting some incredibly cynical nonsense once a month then watching you ride off on your high horse back to irrelevancy

I posted tour dates that I apparently wasn't cynical enough to see were not indications.
Although I did chuckle at that sentence and its usual applicability, admittedly.

I think you are the only person on this board that has a problem with me
Some guy on the Electric Forest subreddit is claiming he talked to RL Grime and he confirmed himself for Wakarusa and Bonnaroo. Not proof at all but figured it would be worth posting in here.
