The past two Counterpoint lineups have been pretty great. A really awesome mix of EDM, Hip Hop, and indie music.
It definitely leans toward electronic music but it isn't 100% an EDM festival which I really enjoy. I don't think there's a festival much like it anywhere else. So I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me in some Counterpoint lineup speculation? Who you think will perform there, who you'd like to see there ect.

Skrillex BassLights Girl Talk BigGrizMatik ( Big Gigantic, Griz, Gramatik all jamming together in one set) Disclosure CHVRCHES Flume Chance the Rapper (to make up for last year) Kid Cudi Die Antwoord Grimes Flying Lotus A$AP Mob ( or just Rocky or Ferg just something ASAP affiliated) Danny Brown Frank Ocean (hopefully some new music by this time and a new live band put together) A Tribe Called Red RJD2 Break Science (getting a real night time set this year)
that's some of my wish list. Any other ideas? I tend to have a harder time predicting the touring schedules of EDM artists

I agree. I can enjoy some EDM, but I really like the other stuff better, and I've really enjoyed both CounterPoints. Here are some acts that I want to play. I guess most of them are on the fringes of what the festival books.

That'd be an awesome lineup ^ I think I left a couple artists off of my list because I'd rather see them at Bonnaroo. Since Counterpoint and Bonnaroo are so close together this year I don't think a lot of artists will be doing both. Like Primus, Fatboy Slim, Justice, and Alt-J I'd rather see at Bonnaroo.
