Hello Fellow Bonnaroovians!
It will be my 2nd year attending and I wanted to utilize a totem/flag for finding my friends. I'm aware you're not permitted to bring in any metallic sticks/poles longer than 3 Feet into Centeroo, so I'm considering something like this:
It breaks down to 22.8 Inches (58 cm) and is non metallic so I'm hoping I won't have trouble taking it through bag check and such.
What do you guys think?
P.S. Please spare me your negative opinions on totems/flags unless it pertains to the post or the item I suggested. I'm aware some favor totems/flags while others do not.

That looks like it would work. I've used an old tent pole the last couple years, if you have any of those around the house t would save you a few bucks

I've never had it even questioned! I have it broken down in my backpack most of the time.
Throwing that bad boy over works the best!! I even had to throw over glow sticks because they were taking them away they said: " we are afraid you will throw them at Kanye" he made a good point because I really wanted too!!
