Parov Stelar Band
“We are very happy and excited to be back in the US after 3 long years, especially because these are the first shows in the US with the full Parov Stelar Band. On top of that we are working hard to set the course for the US in 2016. Coachella will be definitely amazing!" www.magneticmag.com/2015/11/p...r-live-in-nyc/
Huh. Had no idea. Guess I didn't miss anything, in that event.
Yup, I remember waiting in the tent for him to come on before finally realizing they were setting up Disclosure's shit. Though I'm kinda glad cause it caused me to walk over to Roni Size and that ended up being one of my favorite shows that year.

Does anyone ever go to both weekends (not including people that work the event)?
Went both weekends in 2014, considering doing both weekends again next year but it will depend on the lineup. If your able to do it both weekends if would definitely recommend it. There's is always plenty to do both weekends with the how stacked Coachella's lineups always are and they way they schedule.

I did a both-chella the past two years. If you can do it, there's no better way to handle conflicts. I tried both years to have no repeats between the two weekends. Lots of fun.

If the headliners are indeed GNR - Coldplay - LCD, I'd be more than happy. Out of all the mope/mook rock they could have gotten, I'd take Coldplay over the rest of the field in a heartbeat.
I'd more than likely skip Coldplay, but they could do much worse than that top three.
I actually like Coldplay so depending on the schedule I would see all three headliners for only the second time.
I saw them in 2002, in a mid-sized venue (maybe 5000 people) during the A Rush of Blood . . . tour, and it remains one of the best shows I've ever seen. It's been diminishing returns since then, but I've heard they still put on a great show. Depending on conflicts, I'd absolutely check them out. Like I said, out of what I would consider a similar group of acts (Mumfords, Black Keys, etc.) representing the more radio-friendly "modern rock" of the day, they'd probably be my choice.
I agree, I saw them at a shed in Nashville right before or after X&Y and I thought it was pretty great and I wasn't a big fan of the stuff on X&Y

I made my list of top 10 worst possible headliners in the headliner thread and purposely left these guys out. They still put on a good show.

I saw them that tour too (2005) and I loved it. I would be happy seeing Coldplay again.

I saw them on the same tour that juggs did and I agree it was great. They were in arenas by the time I saw them though and it was probably the biggest singalong I've ever witnessed. It was great show, but I haven't seen them since. I wouldn't mind seeing them again.
With Undeworld, The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers and Massive Attack all touring behind new albums next year I will be disappointed if we don't get at least one of them.
