A Daphni set would get me to the Silent Disco or Kalliope easily.

Exactly. I've yet to do either in all my years at Bonnaroo, but that would have me there in a heart beat. Especially since it seems he likes to do marathon sets from time to time. Give him a 2 or 4 am set on either, and let him take us to the sunrise.
Daphni sunrise set one night, and a STS9 sunrise set the other night.

Even in your infinite pessimism, you know this isn't the worst lineup ever, especially if they get Hot Chip. I'm not saying it's a great lineup, but it's liveable

Aside from the early years when Bonnaroo was all jambandz, yeah, this is the worst Bonnaroo lineup I can think of. Even if you want to pare it down some, it's the worst Bonnaroo lineup I can recall since before 2007.
