As per their agreement with most festivals, most bands can't release the actual date until the festival releases the schedule. They put the entire weekend just to show they are playing.
Florence and the Machine is headlining Bestival Toronto the same weekend as Roo. Not sure if she's playing Friday or Saturday of that, but I would think she would want a travel day inbetween, which would mean TO on Friday and Roo on Sunday. Of course, that's pure speculation and doesn't belong in the first post.

Logistically, Thursday makes sense but I still think they are too big for Thursday. Playing Tampa on Monday makes me think Saturday. All speculation obviously.
I agree, they are listed way too high to be playing on Thursday. I'm going to go ahead and add them to Saturday.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

Hello, I suppose you could call me a lurker but I would like to chime in on the War on Drugs speculation.
Though I don't know if they take planes between tour stops, a non-stop flight from Nashville to Tampa is a little under 2 hours, so if they play -- let's say right before Spoon closes the Which -- that'd put them in Tampa, ostensibly, that same night. So Sunday may not be totally ruled out.
On an unrelated note, for bands who can only confirm two days (Like Unknown Mortal Orchestra), should we have a space for let's say Thurs/Fri. for those who make mocks? It could narrow down speculation, which isn't NECESSARILY a confirmation (the fact that speculation isn't the point of this thread is not lost on me), but it helps narrow down the days at least.

Why couldn't it be a Sunday show? I'm hoping for Saturday as well since all I currently have that day is Slayer but still think Sunday is a distinct (nightmare) possibility.
Yeah, they could still play Sunday. For some reason I was reading the Florida date as 6/14. I still think they are most likely playing Saturday but I will remove them for now.

That way we don't get any repeat posts in here of people telling us a certain group are narrowed down to two days. That way it's said once and put in the original post on the front page for everyone to see. It might be more complicated to set up and update but my opinion is that this is a good idea.

I think the easiest way to do this would be to list "Acts not playing Friday" "Acts not playing Saturday" and "Acts no playing Sunday". Otherwise, you'd have to have T/F/Sa, T/F/Su, T/Sa/Su, F/Sa/Su, T/F, T/Sa, T/Su, F/Sa, F/Su, etc etc.
Furthermore, Hiss Golden Messenger is touring with MMJ, so I bet he plays the day that they play (which is most likely NOT Friday if all the other info we have is correct).

Seeing as how they are pretty far down on the billing (which makes them likely for an early start time), I'm guessing they're Saturday.
This is good news that Phox isn't Thur. I was worried about the conflicts that night. Being on Fri. or Sat. they'll play really early and less likely to have a big conflict.
I said that too. It's a matter of they decide to do four days straight, which they do earlier in their tour, or not.

If Royal Blood was to go Charlotte-Manchester-Atl, it is 5 more hours round trip, and 4 shows in 4 nights. If they go charlotte-Atl-Manchester, its 5 hours less and a day off in the middle. They would have built the other gigs around Roo, so ultimately it depends on a few things like set time, how much time they want to waste on the road, and if they are flying to the uk after from Nashville or Atl. It could go either way. Id rather see them Fri, but if I was in the band Id prbly rather do Sun if the set times are similar.
