In past years, no one ranked as high on the lineup as D is right now has played a tent. Could we see something like the R Kelly semi-late night on Which from 2013? It's a lazy comparison but it's also apt.

Still rackin' my mind trying to figure out when/where he's gonna play. Sets on the Second Coming tour were about 2.5 hours, making this prediction even more challenging. Really can't see Roo limiting them to only 1.5. I'm hoping a solid 2-hour slot is a reasonable outcome.

Was hoping to ride the rail but don't love Slayer. Probably going to watch Tycho/check out the silent disco then jump in the tent for the last 20 min of Slayer and hope for the best. Still pumped though. Definitely my Saturday headliner
Anyone else hittin' up any of these recently-announced shows? Tempted to hit up Detroit and/or Philly (because that callout in "Brown Sugar" is gonna be TOO GOOD) but I also have a sneaking suspicion more North American dates are going to be added in late-July/early-August. They are steering clear of some big markets and their one North American date in August is looking miiiiighty lonely right now.
So freaking pumped for this show. I think it's my #1 most anticipated. Unfortunately Flume was #2, did my band of the day write up on him, but honestly it's not even close. So many classics that I just can't want to hear The Line, Devil's Pie, One Mo Gin, Chicken Grease, How Does it Feel. That's before you crack into one of the best albums of last year.

This has moved to number one on my list. I still can't believe it's at that time in the morning and if Bassnectar goes over his scheduled time it could start even later. That Super Jam looks like it will be a blast, but I'm glad its not something I'm super excited for that I'd have to choose between the two. Before D was announced Kendrick was probably at the top of my anticipation list but the lack of new material in the setlists has him falling slightly. Both MMJ and the Atomic Bomb band were top 5 but they conflict.
I wish autocorrect would stop changing Kendrick to Kentucky.
Good lord, what a smokin' show. Definitely a festival-shortened set, but with all that fiery funk, the slow burners like "One Mo Gin", "Another Life" or even "Untitled" might have put an abrupt halt to that dance party.
"Spanish Joint" and that "Back to the Future"/"Left and Right"/"Chicken Grease"/"What It Do" run were flat out insane.

Now if only I was actually there.
Didn't go because it started late and the bassnecter/kalliope sound bleed was insane

Did anyone else think they would have come out for a second encore if the crowd wouldn't have bailed? The cameras for the livestream were still rolling and it took them a long time to turn the stage lights off. Still probably the best set I've ever seen.
