They just posted: We regretfully must announce that Coastline Festival on February 21st and 22nd has been cancelled. All ticket purchasers will be refunded from point of purchase. If you purchased your ticket through Ticketmaster this will automatically be credited to your account within 5 business days. The festival will be going on a hiatus and rescheduled for a future date. Everyone involved with Coastline would like to thank the fans and the music, food, art, and craft community for their support, and we look forward to hopefully seeing you in the near future.

i had a couple friends who had tickets to that fest that featured kanye and some other shit that was cancelled and never refunded., so that's what colored my comment. it was a bit tongue in cheek.

Yeah, and ironically Alex just died so we cant actually talk shit about him anymore. I can't believe they never refunded people, how fucking jacked.
The Coastline Festival is a disappointment but I chalk it up to a the recent barrage of 1 and 2 day festivals in similar locations (Tampa / FTL) There are like 3 (maybe even 4 now) all done by LN I think. This one just got swallowed up in the waves (no pun intended)
Plus the lineup just didn't really compare to other festivals in this area being announced. Gasparilla fest has a better lineup. Only band I had an interest in seeing was Future Islands.

I bought tickets because I really wanted to see Future Islands and Flaming lips. The rest of the lineup left a lot to be desired though. Even more of a reason to go to Gasparilla and Big Guava now
