I've checked with everyone on our bus. We're all 100% committed. If two of your people are a bit uncertain, this is an opportunity for them to consider VIP status instead of RLARS, and everyone wins...
Call Zac at CID maybe they will allow 10 people on the bus. There are 12 bunks. If they can sell a bus and 2 side tickets they will. Doesn't hurt to ask.
The Canadians have 2 spots and doc has 2 spots and we have 4...if we can work out a way for our group of 4 to stay together maybe there is twosome that would switch to the other bus ???

Well, it looks like we need to find a total of 6 more interested people for both of our buses to be complete! It will all work out, it always does."
