General Info Belle and Sebastian are an indie pop band formed in Glasgow in January 1996. Led by Stuart Murdoch, they've released 9 albums. The name "Belle and Sebastian" comes from Belle et Sébastien, a 1965 children's book by French writer Cécile Aubry later adapted for television. They are pretty critically acclaimed, though they haven't seen much mainstream success. These guys are seriously one of my all time favorites, and I couldn't be more excited to see them on the Bonnaroo lineup.
