One thing I love while drinking at a party/brunch/soiree is having good music in the background. That's why I enjoy making playlists for upcoming parties and/or events.
I was thinking of making a spotify playlist and make that sucker collaborative so everybody can put in their sexy jams on it and we can all enjoy it at the brunch. I know there is karaoke and I don't wanna take away from that so this will be when people aren't singing their hearts out at karaoke.
I'll make the playlist when I get home from work and will post it here as soon as I do. In the mean time, you can comment what party jams/bangers/tracks you would like to include in the list.
Any suggestions, feel free to let me know.
EDIT: I forgot to mention I will be bringing a portable bose speaker. It's little but it has a huge kick to it.
My real answer is... anything. If there is alcohol involved, I tend to like all music and my inner karaoke-r comes out naturally. One time I was told that i was a walking juke box when drunk. Whatever that means.

How about Dead Milkmen (Punk Rock Girl), Destroyer, Modest Mouse (old stuff), Violent Femmes, Flaming Lps (anything off Soft Bulletin), Connan Mockasin, some songs off of Piñata and Madvillainy... Also, if you just search "Wes Anderson" on spotify, they recently out out a playlist that has like all of the music from his films over the years and there is a lot of great stuff in there

In Spanish, "abajo" doesn't have the double meaning that "down" has in english. So when you say "si estás abajo" you are saying "if you are below" not "if you are down"
