Looking at the lineup and pictures of prior years on the web site this festival looks fantastic. Doubt I can make it but hope everyone has a great time.
So what is the venue exactly? Looks like some is outside, some is inside?
Best I've been able to confirm they use multiple venue's across Wynwood (which is Miami's gentrifying arts district). I presume they use MANA as their base, as it has the largest capacity and then do satellite venues across the neighborhood.

Here's how it works..
MANA, as mentioned previously, will serve as "homebase" with four stages (if they keep it the same as last year). Three inside; one outside.
During the day they have what they deem as "activations" which are random shows from other great artists in local bars/clubs. Those usually run from 4-7. Seriously such a fun fest.

Son of a Beek went last year, so he can probably clue us in. This way we don't need to listen to people's speculation.
Last year it was in a warehouse with three indoor stages and one outdoor stage. This year they're moving it to different warehouse but it's a similar concept. The outdoor stage was for artists like Mac Demarco and Millionyoung who don't necessarily need the lighting fixtures. The main stage was an amazing area that was completely enclosed and it has a club feel to it. That's where all of the producers played. It's a nighttime only festival so no one ever suffers from shitty set times. The crowd was pretty fantastic too. 0 rave kids went
Is Jaar solo similar to Darkside? Like, does he play Darksixe tracks, or is it completely different?
I doubt he plays any Darkside.. It will be dope as hell regardless though. If you haven't listened to the album Space Is Only Noise get on that right away

Anyone still going to this? Was hoping to meet some Inforoosters. The daily lineups came out, Friday is stacked and Saturday and Sunday are evenly distributed. Some good afterparty options (andhim on Friday night at Trade, a party at Electric Pickle on Sunday with special guests) but since each night runs to 3 a.m. I doubt I'll have the energy to go to any of them.

Sounds great. I'm not getting in 'til about 9 or so on Friday night. Hoping I don't miss anyone.
Like pretty much the top 20 on the lineup lol. Nico Jaar, Panda Bear, Warpaint, Neon Indian, Bonobo, The Field, RTJ!, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinos, Toro Y Moi, Ghostface+Doom, Shlohmo, Shigeto, Roman Flugel, King Krule, UMO, XXYYXX, and goldlink. Even finding some hidden gems at the bottom tiers. Such an insanely stacked lineup. Even more so than last year. And yes, I'm down to meet up. I will be there along with a few other fellow roovians.

Schedule is out, too lazy to post the pics. Hardest conflicts for me are driving vs. likely missing some of Panda Bear's set, Neon Indian vs. Nicolas Jaar, Shlohmo vs. Bicep (but likely gonna catch Shlohmo at the after party), and Damian Lazarus vs. Unknown Mortal Orchestra. The fest ends on a weak note too, considering I find The Martinez Brothers terribly boring.
