If you are someone who reminisces on the Bonnaroo days of old you may want to stop by Dopapod on Thursday.
Dopapod will jam extensively and take their songs through many progressive twists turns along the way
As some one who has seen Dopapod a handful of times I can say that all of the members of Dopapod can hold their weight musically; but Eli Winderman on Keyboard and synth always seems to steal the show for me
This show will definitely draw the hippie crowd, and would be best enjoyed with the mind slightly altered

Just a schedule complaint. Dopapod should be closing a tent on Thursday. Also giving Dopapod only 45 minutes is a travesty. Regardless I will be there supporting and jamming.

Yea, I was surprised they aren't closing a tent too. I have a hard time imagining a 45min set from them. That'll be over in a blink.

It's not your older brother's bonnaroo anymore. Kids these days aren't into that hippie Leno.
I'll probably check them out, they popped up on the jam scene as I was leaving. As is the case with most jam the studio stuff was kinda meh, but I'll check em out and stick around if I dig it. Already seen temples, so I'm in no rush to get over there.

The 45 minutes thing is what I am most upset about. The closing the tent thing isnt as big of a deal, but because they can extend their songs out and have 4 studio albums worth of material where a lot of Thursday bands only have 1 or 2 in most cases, it would make sense to let Dopapod go last because their set could last later into the night where as a band like Jungle only has an album of material.

This x1,0000! Makes no sense to me that jungle is closing a tent instead of dopapod for the reasons you just mentioned. I thought they would be a lock to close a tent. I'll still be there and I'll still have a blast though.
