I think you just described the reason people by VIP tickets..it is so they can have that special spot.. you just told every VIPer tough shit.. I know you spent the same amount as last year, but we're going to take away 5 shows not 2 or 3... so tough luck??
So sell your tickets and don't go, you whiny bitch.
Haha.. is this the conclusion everyone draws when they realize the OP was a valid point??.. sorry I couldn't make it easier for you guys!
Not really. Jazmo is just trying to tell you to look on the brighter side of things. You still get plenty of perks and you're complaining bc instead of seeing 4 shows in VIP, you only get 3 (or whatever the actual number is). Just comes off the wrong way bc GA folks dont get a 'right to the front' line for every show and we still have the same schedule as you and we are dealing with it. Also, there was already a butthurt thread for scheduling.
So.... Just... calm down?
Right but my problem isn't with the schedule the artist are on, its with the amount of shows with VIP areas... this discussion has nothing to do with GA, nor should they have any input as I indicated in the OP..this is a VIP issue...the place for this thread is in The Hill

Gary Clark Jr is the only artist scheduled on which that I am really looking forward to. My first year going VIP and I was looking forward to utilizing the VIP which pit. I unfortunately wont be using that as much as I'd like but at least there is something else to pull me away from that area though. Which pit is not the only VIP perks and its probably obviously a bad idea to buy VIP tix just for that. I bought my tickets presale and not crazy about the lineup or who is playing which stage but Im going to have a great time regardless.
And people have the audacity to accuse millennials of being entitled pieces of narcissistic shit. The nerve.
Do you feel entitled to a refund when you go to rent a redbox movie bring it home and skips in the last 10 minutes?? Same concept...except I pay a shit load of money for something I spent another shit load of money for last year and Im getting less... this post is justified.

So they told you you were entitled to those other five shows when you bought the ticket?? Those bastards!

I guess you just won't understand.
Well I mean the shows are what we go to bonnaroo for ya know?... if I wanted stay in the lounges they whole time I would have enjoyed the air conditioning at home and watched the live stream... sorry for defending my ability to see live shows.

OP, who's to say your whiny ass would even WANT to see any additional Which Stage shows? And you act like if you're not in a "VIP AREA" then you can't possibly watch or enjoy a show.
You should really just delete your own thread now and save yourself more embarrassment.

No but my comparative purchase of bonnaroo tickets and comparing past schedules leads everyone to assume that there will be 17 to 20 shows on Which.. as was the case for the past 3 years... and now this year there are 15 shows.... that's a 30% decrease in entertainment..specifically on a stage that effects a major VIP perk
Let's say you and I go to Bluth's Banana Stand to buy bananas. Because they're the dessert of fruit and they're delicious. Last summer you could buy three large chocolate-covered bananas for $4, or you could get the VIP package and get three large chocolate-covered bananas with sprinkles and a deluxe banana hammock with WiFi for $7. Now this summer, they're choosing to raise prices and sell smaller bananas, so now I'm paying $5 for three small chocolate-covered bananas, and you're paying $8 for three small chocolate-covered bananas with sprinkles and a deluxe banana hammock with WiFi. Nobody is crazy about the change in price or the reduced size of the bananas, but you're over here on the side in an outrage because - even though your bananas still have sprinkles and you can now stream the new seasons of Orange is the New Black over your WiFi-capable deluxe banana hammock - your bananas are the same size as everyone else's.

Actually I believe you both have missed the point, my OP points out one, however serious flaw, in the VIP experience this year over past years.... you guys are just trolling to troll and I'm certain any logical person would read this thread and agree.

Your shitty example is a quality issue.. as I have once again pointed out in the original post...my problem is a QUANITY ISSUE... there are fewer shows!
I'm certain any logical person would read this thread and agree.
As a logical person, I recommend selling your VIP tickets, buying GA tickets, and then using that money to upgrade your turntable. You can't call yourself a vinyl enthusiast on Instagram and then take pictures of your records on a Crosley suitcase record player.

No shit. But you didn't pay for VIP tickets to see a certain number of Which/What shows. You paid for VIP access to whatever number of shows Bonnaroo decided to put at Which and What. Yes, it's less than last year. But guess what? I paid more this year than I did last year, and I'm seeing fewer shows too. That's just how it's going this year. If that's unacceptable to you, don't go.

Obviously the logical person doesn't agree or everyone that is reading this would be posting in agreement. Your argument about quantity in VIP is flawed. I have been to tons of festivals have done both GA and VIP. You can't be upset because you aren't getting the same amount from previous years. Festivals change EVERY year. All festivals make changes. Sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse. You are still seeing all the artists you want to see, you still get pimp camping and other VIP perks. Time to move on, your argument is invalid.

You should note that I have since upgraded my player... and you are a horrible person to try and deter people from collecting vinyl you pretentious fuck...clearly we are new to the vinyl collection and therefore wouldn't make vast purchases on players and equipment as we are NEW....I think your just butt hurt cause you wanted to talk down to someone.. and that someone turned out to be smarter than you....go play in traffic.
