Kanye > Drake Interpol > The Strokes Anything > Alt-J Metric > Churches Bon Iver > Ben Howard Cut Copy > Chromeo The National > Band of Horses D'Angelo > Miguel Tom Petty > War on Drugs Yeasayer > TV on the Radio Jake Bugg > George Ezra Chance the Rapper > Wale
... guess that should be the top few lines of the lineup.

Oooooo you just reminded me that Chromeo is on this lineup, I had forgotten. It really is an incredibly impressive top four lines for the price - I mean the $100 ticket was a steal (that luckily most of us got in on, whooo!), but even at 150/175 or whatever it is now.

Why do certain people itt hate Drake so much? There are so many other artists that are a whole lot worse than him. He's harmless ffs.
Because he's big. There are worse artists that I can ignore because they're not headlining a festival with an otherwise good lineup. If there's nothing else going on during his set I'll probably watch it, because as you said, he's harmless, but there are so many better artists that could be filling that spot

It doesn't make sense to me to be pumped for Miguel but to be this dismissive of Drake. "Take Care" and "Hold On, We're Going Home" are better R&B songs than anything in Miguel's catalog.

I just won a pair of weekend passes to this festival, so I guess I'm going now. Pretty excited to finally catch TV on the Radio. Seems like a cool event in a great location. Nice to see a first year festival hitting the ground running.

Lyrically, I don't believe Miguel to be significantly better than Drake. However, I much prefer his voice and the beats of his music. simple as that.
I agree though that Drake isn't terrible - but as stated above, it sucks that he is soooo big that he headlines festivals, taking a spot that someone much better could fill. Just my two cents.

This festival is so communicative and on top of their shit. It is wonderful.
After dealing with Firefly and Made in America up here in the Northeast, this is the most incredible thing about this festival. Let alone the great lineup in it's first year.

I'm going to firefly in a week and yeah I'm excited and it'll be lots of fun but they are STILL doing things to fucking piss me off hahaha. It is never ending with RedFrog and their incompetency. Landmark has just been so straight forward and easy to follow, and the line up is killer. Such good feelings about this fest
