Last year my group rented a pop up camper north of Nashville and had 3 cars. We only bought one companion pass because we just needed the one pulling the pop up...and then we lugged our crap 2 miles to the pop up in the RV section. This year, we're playing it a bit differently. We have an actual RV that we're all riding down in, with a functional toilet & shower (praise be to the gods).
I know we're going to need to get water refilled, does anyone know how much that will be or how much it was last year? The most up to date information I can find is $50 from 2012 for both refills and septic pumping.
$50 bucks sounds right from last year. So to avoid the fresh water fill up costs 2 ways to go. Fill your fresh water tank at a gas station near by that has a hose connection many doo. Other choice we do we have two 6 gallon water cans jerry can style plastic cans and fill them at the fresh water station and use a cart or hand truck to haul back and forth. usually two trips a day 24 gallons a day the first few days. If gray tank gets full from showers drain off slowly at night just do not make a puddle for your neighbor. Use bio degradable soaps be nice to mother earth.
So get folks to pee in the porta potties as much as possible take short showers.
Black tank dump fee was @ $50 last year. In last 3 years we have had 4 using rv and never paid a nickel to the overpriced rip off service.

Thanks everyone. We intend to be full of water when we arrive and there are just 5 people. I know we won't shower everyday, especially not if the fountain is going.
I have boondocked for 5 days at a festival with 4 people in an RV. As long as you pee in the portos when you can (save your water for dropping deuces) and take a water saving shower (get wet, turn off water. Soap up, then turn water on and quickly rinse) you should be able to squeak by. Good luck!
