hey-o! when it was delivered, did it just include the wristband and parking pass? or did you get the whole setup like you would if you ordered through bonnaroo? i got vip with a parking pass but i was hoping i would still be able to get the cool little cereal box and the vouchers for the shirt and poster. thanks y'all
Depends on who you're buying it from and how nice they are are. A lot of people don't mail their extras. I didn't even open my Mountain JAM VIP packaged that I am selling to give the buyer the fun of it.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

Unless things have changed since I last did it, StubHub specifically directs sellers not to include any extras. Doesn't mean some people won't, but those who are inclined to just dutifully follow rules probably won't. I know when I sold my Roo ticket on StubHub one year there was some sort of extra that I would have liked to include but I ended up not because I wasn't sure how strict the instructions were and didn't want to risk screwing anything up.
I bought passes this week from stubhub. If my tickets don't come with all the goodies is there somewhere else I can buy it from?
Possibly at the official Bonnaroo merch booth in Centeroo. If there is a small tent outside Centeroo like last year with the lunchboxes, they might part with them. Especially if it's like I heard 'bout last year where they were givin' people as many lunchboxes as they wanted by Sunday.
I bought my VIP tix through stubhub. I haven't gotten my package yet but my tickets specifically said with parking pass. I noticed many of them didnt say anything. I'll be bummed if I don't get everything included

i got my order from stubhub and it had my vip band, vip parking pass, thursday buffet ticket and swag ticket. really wanted a bandana and the lil christmas ornament thing but

They also refunded the amount of money they made off the sale from me. I really hoping they're negating their payment to the scammer.
To the scammer, I still dislike you, and I hope the shipping of the wristbands back reaches you too late for you to victimize some other poor soul. I'm sure the people of Saginaw would be ashamed to know you.

I am in the exact same boat. I have had less luck than you and it seems the seller was not required to include the VIP Parking Pass, so now I've got a set of $2000 VIP tickets that won't get me anywhere... If you have any information or details I can use to argue with them, please let me know. I've called them 3 times now and they all say the same thing: buy it separately from somewhere. They don't have any left either...
If you are buying VIP (or any tickets) on StubHub, be 110% sure they include the parking pass, or you won't get in. Similarly, buying a VIP RV Parking Upgrade (which I did) is no good, because it's used alongside the VIP Parking Pass/Hanger.
tl;dr UGH - and StubHub will not put me in touch with the seller either...

I told them their ad said that "preferred parking and preferred camping" were included with their ad, that means a hang tag is required. If you look somewhere in the Hill forum you can find a pic of the hang tag, AND the fine print that says it is required to camp in VIP. Then I held them to their guarantee.
