I am working the festival with a vendor, can anyone give me info where we camp, shower, separate entrance to the festival, etc... this my first time going! :-)

Christi.. i have vendor camped for 3 years. This is my 4th. You will camp in pod 1. On the south side of the actual pod area. The vendor showers and Porto are located there by the main road. If you look at the map it's kind of behind the medical area. There is a vendor shuttle that picks up and drops off there by the gate and takes you to the far side of the which stage. Or walk.

Showers vendors use are seperate from GA. Last year the vendor area was so muddy they closed it off Wednesday and we had to camp on the far East end of pod1. It was a hike to the showers. Hopefully we get just enough rain to keep dust away and it not be muddy.
Hi peeps! Haven't been to the farm since 2009, but toying with the idea of doing food vending next year (2018). Any vendors out there have any helpful info? Is it worth it these days with Roo vendor fees? Would we need to buy tickets or is that included in the vendor package? Any info would be helpful. Feel free to pm me with info too.
Went to Roo back in '05, '06, '07, and '09 and it was always a blast. Like a lot of folks on here, as I got older it became harder to make it back to the farm bc of jobs, the lineup, and now a wife and kids, but every June i always get the itch to go back (regardless of the lineup). Thought it'd be interesting to see the fest from another angle. Cheers
