I didn't go to Disclosure, and I guess I was too far back at Vampy Weeks to hear the haters.
I wasn't really that close. It's not that people were chanting fuck Kanye, but the whole crowd for Vampire Weekend was just lame and lethargic.
That's because VW is pretty lethargic on stage as well. I love those guys, but that show was really disappointing.
You're really disappointing. With this statement and your opinion of The Strokes, it's obvious that you care a lot about how much a band moves around on stage or interacts with the crowd. I personally don't give a shit as long as they sound good. Vamoire Weeekend was great. Oh and Fuck Kanye.

Maybe its because my last roos were 08 & 09, but it felt to me like the kanye enthusiasm hadn't budged a bit in five years. Several years later, still the same simian bursts of kanye hate and butt scratchers. If chants at tent shows are enough to put you in a bad mood, just wait til you hear what they're playing between sets.
