I would search Expedia to find the lowest rate then visit the rental site. I would even go as far as calling the actual office you are interested in renting from. My experience (I worked at a rental agency) is that call in rate are usually better than any rate you can find. Also call your CC companies to see if you can get discounts through them. If you are interested in renting from Enterprise you may want to call your local insurance agent to see if they do business with them providing replacement vehicles when their clients are in accidents. If so, you can try mentioning them at the time of reservation (remember Enterprise Only). These may or may not work, but it never hurts to try.
