I may have 2 staff wristbands this year, but I'm not sure what, if any parks come with that. Has anyone had a staff wristband that can shed some light on them?
They give you access to areas that other wristbands dont. One of the biggest perks is the ability to use staff entrances to Centeroo without having to wait in line.

It's going to be an artist band. There are different tiers of artist bands that allow different levels of access. You'll have access to the artist lounge, be able to use the entrance behind the which stage (no lines! But unless you're camping back there it really doesn't do much for you getting in), on the right side of all the tents there is the artist pit. You can either go to the fence and get in or you can walk behind the stage like you know what you're doing and just walk up the right side and into the pit. Depending on the tier of your wristband you could walk backstage behind the what and get into the pit that way, otherwise I'm not sure where the entrance to the pit is for the which and what. The one time I tried to get into the which pit they directed me to the regular pit entrance. I always accessed the what pit from backstage.
