Also, I've never used an ATM at Roo (or any fest). How much are withdrawal fees? $5? Less? More? I get paid Friday and will be withdrawing my cash for the weekend on Friday.

Yea, I get paid biweekly, I'm actually happy my payday is while I'm there. It's a great thing, but also very terrible. That's why I'm withdrawing money to give myself a cash only spending limit. If not I'm afraid I'd get all spending happy.

Exactly! Me and the guy both get paid Friday. I had stashed travel, Thursday money so I'll be good till Friday, but I need a budget or I'll be hurting when we get home.

I thought that they were around $3.50-$4.00. I might be wrong on that, though. There might be info on that in the website.

Do you know the reasoning behind not doing this? Counterpoint, who has maybe 6000 attendees, has had this the past two years. Is there just too many people? This would be so much better than carrying around a ridiculous amount of cash all weekend

I seem to remember them doing a survey about this a few years back and the feedback on here was very much against it. I'd guess their results were similar. It sounds like the tides have shifted on the issue, though.
