Perpetual Groove recently got back together and have pretty consistent dates through the fall into winter.
As much as I'd love to see PGroove on the farm there's no telling with them. They never used to tour very heavily during the summers before they broke up. Plus with their lighter touring schedule and families these days it's hard to predict what they'll do next. It'd be awesome to see them release their new album then tour behind it in the spring/summer though.
Deerhunter and Neon Indian would be mint. Aside from m83, ive been hoping Roo would get yeasayer again since 2010 was my first year. Others I would really like to see on the lineup (some with new albums and most likely touring, others fingers crossed): Tv on the radio * Wavves * Aphex twin Destruction unit Health Ratatat Hudson Mohawke Joey Bada$$ Bonobo King tuff Todd terje Tobias Jesso jr. Silversun pickups Miami horror And some headliners: Radiohead * The chemical brothers Modest Mouse (*) seen in concert and were dope. If you see this post and have seen any on the list, i would appreciate hearing how they sounded live and if you think them playing roo would be cool. Cool

I saw Ratatat last month, it was an excellent show! Great setlist, they did a handful from Classics and Magnifique, plus some from LP4 & LP3 as well. It was my first time seeing them and I thought it was pretty solid and even the crowd was decent. They would definitely be awesome on the farm!

I can't believe i missed them in 2011. The more I look at their tour from this past year, they played a few big festivals and look like real longshot to be touring again in 2016. Ill be sure not to miss them a second time
Think we'll get Avetts and Umphrey's again this year? Both bands have been pretty consistent with the every-other-year appearance, though I think the Avetts have peaked in popularity.

Avetts for sure. Especially with that fest booked the weekend after Roo

Seen Silversun three times now. My favorite and always a great show!

I've been listening to a lot of Hippo Campus lately, I preordered their Halocline EPs vinyl and it arrived yesterday. Listened to it a few times through last night and I'm really digging them. I'd love to see them at Roo this year.

pretty safe bet Umphreys will be there. The question is will they play LN. If they stick to the pattern of their Roo appearances it should be a LN this year. It's usually pretty easy to get an answer out of one of the band members or crew as to their bonnaroo plans, whether that be on person or in twitter. They are so friendly and engaged with their fans.
Personally because I'm older I'm kind of hoping its not a super duper LN, but something like a midnight to 3am would be fantastic.
Father John Misty is touring the UK in May, which is good because it shows that he'll still be active close to Roo. I'm hoping that means he'll come through the US and hit up the major festivals he missed this last year
Well shit. Just noticed Windhand has added a June 5th date in Holland. Looks like they will be on the European metal circuit next Summer.
yeah somebody posted a lineup for one of those metal fests bonnaroo weekend, can't remember the name, they are definitely in europe during roo. i thought they'd be a perfect bonnaroo metal band, right in the afternoon Pallbearer slot.
EDIT: nevermind its hellfest, the weekend after roo. still coupled with the holland date makes them really unlikely.
Ellie Goulding is playing North Carolina dates on the 9th and 10th, and Maryland on the 13th, I'd say that makes her pretty likely. Where/When do you think she'd play? And where would she be on the lineup?

Leon Bridges is playing St. Louis the week of Bonnaroo, similar to Ben Harper last year. I assume Leon will be on the Farm this year. BOOTS has to be there as well- new album comes out November, dude is about to blow-up (hope he gets a late-night)
Sorry haven't read through all 19 pages, wanted to add my two cents.
I also wouldn't be surprised if Lake Street Dive get booked again. They were way underbooked in 2014 and they have a new album coming out in early 2016. I could see them holding down an afternoon Which Stage slot
EDIT: Not really "underbooked," they just got a lot more popular after the lineup came out so their crowd was much bigger than you'd expect at a 1:00 Sunday tent show

Both these things have been covered, but are accurate. Boots would play Thursday though.

I think she would be a pre-headliner like Florence in 2015. Her following is pretty huge, so I could easily see her in the top 6.
