i would LOVE to see lorde on the farm. i love her stage presence and awkward dancing and just yes.
I'm listening to Pure Heroine right now and just yes please.
Lorde's set at Lolla was already amazing enough with just her dancing. I can only imagine what it'd be like with her light setup during an LN which set.
Might not be a wildly popular opinion, but I wish Lorde would come to the Farm.
Yeah not sure what you're talking about with that "unpopular opinion" bullshit. Sure not everyone here's a fan, but I'd probably put it at around a 50/50 split or better.
She's fantastic live and if LP2 is anywhere near as good as Pure Heroine, I'd put her on the fast track for headliner. But if she's at Roo this year or next they need to put her on the Which in the dark (either closing, or LN) and just let her slay.

In terms of Forecastle crossover I'd love Ryan Adams, DCFC, Grouplove, Dr. Dog, White Denim, & Saintseneca. Would particularly love Saintseneca, I'm a big fan of their new album.

I could go for another Shakey Graves set. Last year's was enjoyable.
Being from MN and with a new album this spring, I hope Polica makes a return.
A MN band that I feel might be at Roo this year is Hippo Campus.
They were one of my favorite new artists this year (new to me at least) and I would kinda lose my shit if they were there. I haven't heard a song I disliked.
Future's got quite a few southern dates on his tour next year, but no Tennessee, so take that for what it's worth:

Thievery Corporation was just added to Aura's lineup (March 3rd). Last time they were at Bonnaroo was 2010. I could see them coming back this year.
Snarky Puppy is also playing Aura. I've been saying it for a while now, but they need to play on the farm. Their drummer performed in the superjam last year, so thats a step in the right direction. They would be a great Thursday night band. Best band in the world.

Snarky Puppy would be phenomenal! A nice Thursday night set that you could get buzzed and groove to
Wolfmother is playing Nashville in March...perhaps that would preclude them from being an undercard (as I initially had hoped they would)
I'd be fine with it and watch a little bit bit of it but "dancing" she does annoys the shit out of me
I'm assuming this is about Lorde? I think this has been discussed before, but I really enjoy her dancing because to me it's incredibly honest. Like that's what I imagine her doing when she listens to music at home when no one's around. It suits her and the role in pop music that she's adopted. But I can see how it might be annoying to many who watch it, and I've heard far more negative response than positive response about it from friends. To each their own I suppose

Yeah, it kills cause I love that she's just doing her thing and not caring what people think, but it am not a fan of the moves.
Duran Duran released their tour dates, and they have a gap from late April to early July.
They do play Nashville in July, but that could allow them to play Roo first (unless the radius clause applies to dates after the festival; this I am uncertain of).

If that were the case, they would've held off on announcing the Nashville date until Bonnaroo's lineup dropped. And yes, the radius clause applies to dates before and after the festival. Chances are they'll be in Europe during that gap.
