Your original post was worded to indicate that if FJM is there then Fleet Foxes will not play.
I think his intention was to start getting excited about the potential of a J Tillz guest appearance during a Fleet Foxes set, but then tempering his expectations before he got too excited. His post lacked the necessary punctuation though, hence the confusion.

Ah, yea, you're right. Improper punctuation will getcha every time.
Is there really any bad blood between FJM and the other Fleet Foxes members? Correct me if I'm wrong but he was on one of the late night shows earlier this year and a few of the guys from Fleet Foxes played with him and his band. I think the main issue was that Tillman was too damn talented to handle being just the drummer and backup singer playing someone else's music. Still, I don't think any animosity that might exist between Tillman and Pecknold would be enough to preclude them from playing the same festival someday.

Tillman did a shrooms a bunch and realized his potential and figured out he could be just as, if not more successful doing it as a frontman. I read a couple interviews about it.

I mean he only really took the Fleet Foxes gig because they were his friends and needed a new drummer and his singer-songwriter career was going nowhere and not making him enough money. So him leaving isn't a huge deal.
For anyone that lives within a few hours of SE Ohio, NMF is a fantastic little festival. Their lineups are quality from top to bottom and the festival itself feels like a mini-Bonnaroo. I'm selfishly hoping there's not too much crossover because I plan on taking a couple weeks off and doing both fests back to back.
If I go, I'm hoping the guy who let go of the Buzz Lightyear ballon during "Rocket Man" will be attempting the same stunt during "You Got a Friend in Me".
jimmy page announced a 2016 tour. for me, personally, if roo gets page, i won't have to go to another roo again until sonic youth gets back together (never)
