At their Reaction show last night, Cherub apparently said "We can't wait for Bonnaroo this year!" Don't think it's necessarily a confirmation since they regularly go anyway, but it would also be totally unsurprising if they showed up again.

I'm trying to keep my Animal Collective hopes alive, even though I'm going to the Columbus show anyways... but I just really want to see them on the farm. I know it's unlikely, but just me grasping at straws here- last year Spoon played the same venue AnCo is playing in Nashville on almost the same date (Spoon played May 8, AnCo is playing May 6) and they still ended up at Roo. So, it's not totally impossible.

I definitely wouldn't count them out 100%, I still think there's a possibility they show up. Not a strong one, but one never-the-less.
AnCo isn't a band that would be effected by a radius clause at Bonnaroo, they will have lots more tour dates to announce, they have a decent history with AC/Superfly.

I'm hanging out with them tonight, I'll ask and get a confirmation. Wouldn't surprise me.

Paul McCartney headlining with an Animal Collective LN show in 2013 truly was something special for me. That LN AnCo show might have been my favorite show I saw that year.

I feel like there are a number of small acts from last year that have a somewhat decent chance of repeating this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see any of X Ambassadors, Elle King, Raury, or All Them Witches back.

I know she was already too big for a side stage last year, but I wouldn't mind if they brought Courtney Barnett back this year. Not sure if her popularity has increased enough since her debut album dropped, but she should be receiving more buzz with her Grammy nomination.

I thought for sure they would get George Clinton last year and they decided not to even though he was on a pretty lengthy tour. Here's to hoping they bring him in this year.

I think having All Them Witches come back would make a lot of sense. They're a perfect 'Roo band and giving them an opportunity at a tent earlier on in the day would easily draw a lot of people who hadn't heard of them otherwise. They absolutely rip live, there'd be plenty of positive, "Woah, what the fuck is this?" I'm also totally in love with that band though. So. There's that.
Also, they're playing a small fest in Ohio the weekend before 'Roo. BBNG are there too.

Twin Peaks is also playing Nelsonville this year. I'd be surprised if they weren't at Roo considering they played nearly every other AC festival last year.
I see a couple people hoping for Noel Gallagher, I haven't check out on any of his solo stuff but does he play any Oasis material live? Not really looking to hear the hits but would love to see some other stuff (Stand By Me, Be Here Now, Acquiesce, Digsy's Dinner).

Yes he plays some. Mostly songs he was the lead vocalist of (i.e. Dont look back in anger). Also likes to play some b-sides. Digsy's makes about 90% of his setlists

They played "Fade Away", "Champagne Supernova", "Digsy's Dinner", "The Masterplan", and "Don't Look Back in Anger" pretty regularly last year. Personally, I'm one of those hoping for them. Between his two albums and the Oasis material, I've been really digging their setlists. Plus, it looks like they consistently put on a great live show.
