Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
MGMT are planning on doing stuff in 2016 so they're an option
I'm hoping they're at Boston Calling, a festival I care a little less about, just so I can have a chance to check them out. If they were at Roo, I'd probably skip them for something better. I liked their first two albums and have never seen them, but given their reputation I don't think I'd seek out their live show
This just in from Civil Twilight mailing list: Next year we look forward to performing for you at some major summer festivals, including Firefly in June, and some others - the names of which we can’t yet mention! We’re also looking into touring again in the US in the spring and taking a trip back to South Africa in March to play some shows there.

Haven't made a post in here in a long time but this band brought me out of retirement. If you guys haven't heard of Vulfpeck go listen now. I don't know if anyone has mentioned them but they would be absolutely perfect for a tent set on Thursday night. That would set my Roo off just right.
I completely disagree. I think their hits like Kids and Time to Pretend are trite and uninteresting and that their album Congratulations is a modern psych-pop gem. Seriously, I don't understand how so many people can just write off songs like Brian Eno, Song For Dan Treacy, or Siberian Breaks.
THIS. Congratulations is beautiful and one of my all-time favorite songs.. hence my username. I would love to see MGMT on the farm sry
Almost every time I read your username that song pops up in my head. I didn't know for sure if that's what it was from
I'm expecting a lot of crossover from this, it's a very Bonnarooish lineup
BBF shouldn't really have anything to do with Bonnaroo, since it's three months beforehand. Some of those acts may be there, but an act appearing on the BBF lineup means absolutely nothing for Bonnaroo.
If you're looking for potential crossover, better to start with Firefly.
Yeah but looking at the "Legends" and "Blues & Roots" sections of that lineup, Roo tends to book more acts like that than the other major US fests. But I do expect tons of crossover with Firefly (Tame Impala and M83 pleaseeeeeeeeee)

I am desperately wanting Emancipator Ensamble to be on the lineup, missed them cause of vacation earlier this year. They are sososo fantastic, put them in the Tycho late night slot and call it a day. (Sadly I doubt they are big enough for a late night deal)
