My Boyfriend and Roommate are in one of the bands playing. However, they only have enough additional artist and guest passes for their crew. So I have a normal GA. Will I still be able to camp with them? And does anyone know if we need a parking pass?

Your parking pass will be given to you when they pick up their credentials. If not, tell them to ask for one.
As for as camping with them, no, GA is not allowed in Artist/Guest camping. However, if you're smooth, you can still get through the exit to the right if you're facing Which Stage. Once through there no one will bother you.
