1. Does anyone else clean every single thing they took to Bonnaroo, whether it is dusty/dirty or not? Or am I just abnormal? It always takes me all day to wipe everything down, but if I don't, I feel like I can't bring it in the house.
2. Do others take off work the day after they get home to grieve and unpack (and in my case, drink)? I have to or I am useless and sad at work. :-)

I take off work the day after roo for sure. helps to have a day to adjust.
i unpack like a normal sane person but my camelbak is a different story. i grabbed it to go before roo this year and opened up to put all my shit in it, and saw i hadn't unpacked it since bonnaroo last year. it was just some sunscreen, some portajohns, chapstick, shit like that. so i didn't have to pack my camelbak this year at all, it was ready for me!

I took off of work today and it was most definitely the right choice. Caught up on sleep, now I'm doing laundry and packing away my camping gear. Trying to go to work would have been a joke. I would have probably spent even more time here on Inforoo at work than I already have today.

My clothes never made it past the laundry room. Straight from my bag in the washing machine including my sheets. Washer was running within 30 minutes of getting home. I washed my truck today

I should have done things in this order. I washed my truck yesterday and am working on laundry today. Wow, that bag stank when I opened it!
I got home yesterday about 1 pm and showered and napped until the sunset. Then I cleaned out my whole car and did laundry. I'm one of the vacationers. Gotta dump the suitcases as soon as you get home and get everything squared away.

These should be a roo staple of every person with nostrils. Perfect for packing up your post-roo clothes and not contaminating your suitcase or car (or loved ones).
I need an air freshener for my truck. The 45 min ride home and clothes in it all day Sunday baked the funk in
I'm finalizing the unpacking of mh cooler tonight. 25 out of 50 beers remain and 75% of the vodka. I drank 72 bottles of water
Okay, I feel better now. My clothes stank, but I got them out of the truck as soon as I got home, so the truck doesn't stink. :-) My clothes were wrapped up tight in a plastic bag, so I didn't get to enjoy the aroma until today when I opened the bag. Yum.
I still haven't unpacked anything. I have the day off again tomorrow, so I'll do it then. It's gonna smell bad, I've accepted it. I slept from 11 last night until noon today. This coming from the girl who naturally wakes up at 7am, no matter what. I still feel like I could sleep, haha. Guess I was exhausted. I also wash absolutely everything though. Used or not, it still comes home with Bonnaroo smell.
I still haven't put everything away or washed my Roo clothes. Everything has been taken out of my car and transferred to the floor of my garage... It will probably remain there for another week until I run out of summer clothes and have to wash those...
I unpacked, all clothing was wash and hung, camping gear cleaned and put away, and cleaned my house within 10 hours of being home. I'm slightly OCD but my tent was so gross. I had a tray of brownies caked to the floor and who knows what else. Luckily I have a power wash. Brunch sure did a number on my tent this year.
All my laundry is done. Some of my gear is away, some isn't. All my remaining beer is safe and cold in the fridge. But I got home Friday and worked 16 hours yesterday, so I'm in a little different situation than most.
I came home on Monday and Tuesday had surgery for a torn rotator cuff (totally unrelated to Bonnaroo, altho I should make up a story like I did it crowd-surfing at Slayer). So now I'm in a huge bulky sling/splint for six weeks, and back at work, so all my shit is in a huge pile in the corner, silently mouldering away....

I just finally got the last stuff out of my car and cleaned it spotless!! One of my friends left hard boiled in my car... Thank god they were in a sealed package or I would be PISSED
