He said he's coming back next year, this has to happen. The potential guests for this set is endless.
Here's hoping: Kamasi Washington and his group Herbie Hancock Thundercat DOOM Erykah Badu Terrace Martin Thom Yorke Chance Kendrick Captain Murphy mini set Snoop Gaslamp Killer Bilal
I fully support this. My dreams of a Pretty Lights Superjam came true (even though it wasn't really what I imagined). So maybe there's hope for this. I'd like to just add Earl Sweatshirt onto this list.
edit: oh and maybe some RZA or something Wu Tang related

What were you expecting out of a Pretty Lights Superjam, if I may ask?

Well originally before this year's superjam was even announced, I just imagined it being kind of like the Skrillex Superjam. Except maybe just a bit more chill and having some more instrumental experimentation. It was obvious this year's superjam was very last minute and thrown together, a lot of stuff didn't seem very rehearsed. Which was very enjoyable at moments, but nothing really flowed together. Everything felt so random. Derek Vincent Smith didn't seem very involved either. It was like for a lot of stuff, he didn't even need to be up there. But then at one point he was just up there by himself for 15 minutes, he dropped a Radiohead remix which I don't know how that fits into the throwback dance party theme. I honestly thought it was just going to turn into a secret Pretty Lights set (which would have been awesome) but then it didn't. I know when he plays with his band he will a lot of times pick up his bass or something and jam along. But I don't recall him doing any of that.

As a side note just a Kamasi Washington set would be great. Got to occasionally fill that jazz quota Bonnaroo!
