As the tallies stand, Jazmo and Carini will have an open vote. I find it odd that two of the stacked are the ones with open votes in the run off. Jaz and Slack also voted for each other initially, then both changed their votes. I don't know if this means anything, and I have no real reason to change my vote, in fact I feel the mafia are too comfortable i.e. happy with how the votes are stacked. I'd like to see what moves around if I guarantee Carini's vote.

Keeping Tainted only gives me an open vote later, there's no point in staying put now if I have to move later.

I was originally going to vote for Tejas since he voted for me, but after look at the votes I saw how it would look if Slack and I voted for each other, and then moved both our votes onto Tejas. No bueno. If Slack then noticed this as well, he might feel compelled to move his vote off of Tejas - likely to me in order to erase suspicions of a Slack/Jazmo connection. So I'm voting for Carini largely for self-preservation reasons, since I have no greater suspicion of either of them.

Oops, nothing to hide. I misread the date for the deadline. I thought it said July 1st 9am, which is Wednesday morning. I was afraid I was gonna sleep in and miss it. Thats my mistake

I had more conviction when my vote was on jazmo, but at the end of the day its Day1 and with very little to go off of. I assume everyone is mafia.

Your alternatives would have been to stand pat and keep a 4 way runoff, or add a 5th that wasn't me. As far as what I would have done? It is impossible to answer without being inside your head and knowing your role

Potent go back and read my posts. In my opinion misreading the deadline has been the only thing I've done that has raised a flag. Which honestly was just a mistake. I even changed my vote back to what it originally was. If I had left my vote on Carini then I could see how that would look suspicious, but I didn't. If you wanna push me to 5 votes when everyone has 3 thats fine. Its Day1 so we have very little to go off of.

Maybe I'm reading too much into this so let me lay out my logic: Jaz and slack vote for each other initially(could be distancing I don't know ), Jaz then is the 1st player to move off his initial vote and creates a stack on Billy (which I think we've agreed is not suspicious since the game has to move along). Slack laters changes his initial vote and voted for the player who stacked on jazmo, which happen to be me.

You didn't word it in a confusing manner I totally get what your saying. I wasn't so much of making the argument that him pointing it out was suspicious or indicative of anything. I only brought it up just to show that even jaz admitted that it could be viewed as sketchy. And like you said that could be a townsperson being upfront and blunt or a mafia person playing the game of "oh I'm totally willing to be open and point to why others might find me suspicious".
I can't judge his intention because I don't know his intention. All I can judge is the way the votes landed.

I can't do much else at this point, I also agree Jaz is the most suspicious and I've already got my vote on him. He never read into how suspicious his voting could be until I pointed it out (but on the other hand... he could simply have been trying to cover his bases BECAUSE someone pointed it out) I don't know.

Honestly, I don't really think you to be Mafia. Just looking at what has transpired (which isn't much, conversation wise even) and the numbers of it all. But this has been a pretty uneventful first day, and so I don't feel strongly about anyone right now - those who are in the run off orrrrr those who aren't.
With carini at 4 now and Tejas at 5, I assume this will take us to a 2-person run off?
