Who saw this show Sunday afternoon? I had a lot of fun at this show, and it was one of my favorites from the weekend. It was a slow start, Gibbs was wasted and went on rambling and telling stories throughout the show. It was his birthday though, can't blame the guy for getting fucked up. He pretty much did his own thing and MADLIB was left trying to keep up with Gibbs erratic rapping. MADLIB appeared to be getting a bit annoyed with the shenanigans. At one point towards the end of the show Gibbs called somebody out on stage and out walks Chance the Rapper. I was stoked to see Chance show up. Gibbs asked Chance if he wanted to rap and Chance just shook his head no. After the two talked for a minute they improvised a song together and Chance just stood there awkwardly staring at the floor while repeating "na na na na" to create a rhythm for Gibbs to rap to. Afterwards Chance wished Gibbs a happy Birthday and disappeared off stage. I'm pretty sure he was probably tripping his balls off. Despite the sloppiness I thought it was an awesome show, and was glad I decided to go.
Thought this show bordered between disappointing and aight. Would have been better if Freddie wasn't so fucked up and Madlib got some of the spotlight. Definetly wasn't feeling Freddie's misogynistic comments.
I was in the back chilling and watching the screen. I enjoyed the show and was excited to see Chance walk out because I missed him at EWF and the Superjam was too packed to get a good view of the stage. I understand why people didn't like it, but Gibbs' drunkenness didn't bother me because I wasn't too concerned about really focusing on every word. That's probably the only time it will ever benefit me to not be focused on the show

Loved this show. Definitely unique and memorable. Him being fucked up didn't bother me though I wish we'd gotten like 15-20 minutes of Madlib beats instead of him just backing Freddie.
Wasn't in my top 5 or anything, but I had fun and laughed a few times. Can't ask for more. Also gave me an awesome spot for Caribou. So win-win
