Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
But for just shy of $500 you can see them in Manchester, TN along with similar hitmakers such as X Ambassadors, Halsey, and Two Door Cinema Club. The music truly never stops!
I talk shit but i'll be there.
lol!
I want a full show not a festival experience aka first rodeo. I feel like the majority of modern Roo goers will not be into a Dead show at all.
I'm hoping to get pit in front of oteil for that reason. But yeah stand alone shows are always better for bands like that.
first sentence: "Dead & Company is launching its highly-anticipated 2016 tour on Friday, June 10 in Charlotte, North Carolina, before headlining Bonnaroo 2016 that weekend. "
Here's a presale code for the Hartford and Saratoga shows, which I saw through a Gathering of the Vibes e-mail. The password is AWARDS (not sure if caps matter or not)

Presale starts tomorrow at 10am and ends at 10pm
The awards code works today for Saratoga at least but there is nothing besides lawns and way back single seats. The public sale starts at 10am tomorrow.

I'm going for the Hartford show, but when I tried the code today it didn't work. Here's to hoping it'll work tomorrow, I think the general on sale for that show is Saturday I think (could be wrong)
Man, I wish that Charlotte date was later in the tour, I'll be seeing them at Roo and obviously can't make it, closest other option is Cincinnati. Hope they play Lockn'
Completely forgot this was today. Snagged 2 for Pittsburgh but I shoulda been on refreshing at 10am. Failing so hard today
I did the same thing. Im in California on business. Slept right past 7am and didn't refresh to see if I could get what I wanted. Got SPAC lawns and will shoot for Fenway GA when those come out.
Got lawn tickets for my Dad, little brother and I for the Hartford show. It'll be their first time seeing them, and my second! Excited!
Not much better than turning on a first timer to the scene. Brought my girlfriends younger sister to Fare Thee Well and she is now a 'Head and came on my mini tour of Dead and Co. stops n the fall.
Just a reminder fenway presale started today, I went on to check the prices and I just can't justify the prices.
Agreed. I was a lock for Fenway but just couldn't do it. I had Pit tickets and numerous pairs of the $55 (plus fees) tickets in my cart at various times and didn't pull the trigger. Looks like I'll be doing SPAC and maybe Pittsburgh? I forgot that Citi Field weekend is my brother's wedding. I'll keep an eye on the Fenway market to see if anything cheap pops up too. Just checked the site again and all Pit, turf seating and $55 tickets are already gone in the pre-sale for Fenway.
I feel like if you're gonna see a show at Fenway you gotta be on the field and I think the total came to $164 for a field ticket. People were saying that other shows had people reselling less than face, so hopefully that's the case and I can just grab a cheap ticket right before.
Would really make my day if they showed up at NFF or Osheaga.

Goddamn! That's almost what I paid for my Fare Thee Well 3 day pass.

Looking at the prices for either of the Fenway shows, I'm leaning towards not going to either of these as well. It's absurd that there's around $20+ in service fees in addition to the regular ticket cost. The cheapest seat at Fenway will cost around $85, which is dumb. The venue isn't even the best place to see a show in Boston, as the sound leaves much to be desired.
I guess I'll be sticking with my sole Hartford show, as I feel the lawn will be a much better experience than sitting in cramped seats in a baseball stadium.

The novelty of show at Fenway intrigued me enough to pay the stupid price for tickets on the field. I imagine I'll have fun either way, but I hope the acoustics don't suck.

I've seen a couple of shows at Fenway (Paul McCartney, Foo Fighters), but I was never that impressed with the venue itself. Having not been on the field, the seating can be pretty cramped, people are always getting up out of their seats (not to mention people walking up rows constantly asking if people want snacks or drinks) and the acoustics leave much to be desired.
Novelty is really the only reason to go, unless you cannot make any of the other shows in better venues.
Seriously considering making the trip to CO for the two shows on July 2nd and 3rd. Also, Beats Antique and Shpongle (DJ set) will be performing on July 1st, along with live painting by Alex and Allyson Grey. If I can make it happen, it'll be an epic weekend!!!
the live stream apparently didn't work, however their performances of "Shakedown Street" and "Brown-Eyed Women" are on Fallon's site now. GREAT performances. And Fallon was obviously excited about the tour.

??? I watched the live stream. It was Brown Eyed Woman which they recorded and posted again later.
But agree. Sounded great and Shakedown was a little surprise.
