Whole album is great... minus that skrillex collabo at the end
i liked the skrillex track, but i like skrillex. i felt like the production was actually pretty restrained, after reading a few negative comments about the track I was expecting "Wild For The Night", but all the beats are pretty low key.
I don't think the Skrillex track is exactly bad, just sort of mediocre. It's vanilla, I felt like I heard it before I actually heard it.
Goldmine Junkie is still my favorite track from this.
So what stage we thinking theyre gonna play, because they WILL be there. Im thinking Friday on the That stage? Which also happens to be my lest favorite tent.

I've been listening to this EP a lot the past couple days and I am in love! I think my favorites are Goldmine Junkie & Born to Shine but the whole thing is great! Really hoping they hit the farm up.

I Totally agree with you. My only complaint is I want more

That is my only complaint as well haha! Really hoping they do a full length album at some point.
I saw 8 Mile. I'm going to see Compton. I would go see an Outkast movie. I enjoy rap music. I would not go see a movie about any rap act that has become relevant since the 2000's, though, cept for maybe Kanye................
Also, whoever said that it changed music in the south is correct. Before that, we just listened to southern rap that had beats, like Three Six, which I still have enjoy from time to time, but they weren't saying anything, really.
Huh? I remember rocking Ch 1: The End in like 96. Outkast was before that, as was Bone. No Triple Six without Bone.

To me three six and outkast were around the same time. Forgive me for having the timing off a few years. I must not have gotten on Outlast right away. I didn't say anything about Bone. They're not from the south, mayne.

They're already booked for Firefly! I think they are a lock for the farm. The album is short, but I think I recall reading somewhere that they had more songs still being produced. Good bet they'll debut them once they start touring.

I don't regret the amazing fun RTJ was at Bonnaroo this year but it's a shame they won't be there next year to do their song with Big Grams (assuming BG is there, which is a safe bet)
I've been listening to this EP a lot the past couple days and I am in love! I think my favorites are Goldmine Junkie & Born to Shine but the whole thing is great! Really hoping they hit the farm up.
I was listening to a Big Grams playlist, and after about 4 songs Goldmine Junkie comes on. Love at first listen. I can already see this being a tough late night conflict.

Omg haha right? I'm not looking forward to seeing whatever they put Big Grams up against... I'm almost sure that BG will get a late night tent spot like Run the Jewels this past year, hopefully there's nothing else I really want to see going on. My biggest fear is if they book Animal Collective those two will conflict, which would make me sad.

My friend said the mashup was pretty dope. I thought the album was very meh. I'd see em if there's no conflicts but they'll probably be up against LCD or Umphrey's or something better.
